Delete your Kweli account and data.

1. Request the deletion of your account

This page explains how to request the deletion of your account on the Kweli app and the associated personal data. Deletion is carried out upon request, by email, without needing to open the application.

• Send an email to donneespersonnelles@kweli.tech from the email address associated with your Kweli account.
• Use the subject line: “Deletion of my Kweli account”.
• Provide your first and last name and, if possible, your affiliated distributor or point of sale, so that we can verify your identity.

We acknowledge receipt of your request and process it within a maximum of 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion, in order to protect your account.

2. Data deleted and data retained

When your request is processed, here is what happens to your data:

• Identification data: last name, first name, email address, phone number.
• Professional data: job title, affiliated distributor or point of sale.
• Login credentials, access logs and account preferences.
• Content of messages exchanged with support.

This data is deleted within a maximum of 30 days after the request is validated.

• Transactional and accounting data: sales, cash collections, invoices, commissions.

This data is retained to comply with our legal obligations (accounting, tax, anti-fraud): up to 5 years for contractual data and up to 10 years for accounting records. Once these periods expire, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymised.

3. Please note

• Account deletion is permanent: you lose access to the Kweli app and to the history associated with your profile.
• If your account is linked to a distributor under an active contract, deletion may require coordination with that distributor.
• This deletion request covers your account and your personal data; it is separate from the other rights you may exercise (access, rectification, objection).
